I was working this past Sunday for client (a web startup that went live today) and feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious - lots to do, conflicting priorities, impending go-live, etc. I had my iTunes on shuffle playing on my iPad in the office and this podcast came up randomly. It was perfect timing. I followed this exercise to completion and by the end of it I experienced a sense of calm determination and was quite happy to be in the tornado of things to do. It made my day more productive...it simply made my day!
